Gravity takes a toll on our bodies. Exercising the muscle underneath the breast tissue will not guarantee a fountain of youth, but these simple routines do provide a natural way to lift breasts and tone your body from Bloom Bras founder Elyse Kaye.
Push up: Get in a high plank position on your toes or knees. Place your hands directly under your shoulders. Lower your body towards the floor while keeping your back flat. Slowly push yourself back up to your starting position and repeat.
Chest Press: Lie down on your back with a dumbbell in each hand with the heads of the weights touching. Bring your elbows don to 90 degrees pausing at the bottom. Press the weights back in front of your chest without arching your back.
Lying Down Chest Fly: Lie on your back and bend your knees and hips at a 90 degree angle with arms directly in front of you reaching for the ceiling, palms facing each other. Open your arms out to each side until elbows are just a few inches from the ground. Bring the weights back together above your chest while raising yours arms toward the ceiling and repeat.
Burpee: Stand straight with feet hip distance apart and hands by your side. Lower into a squat position planting hands firmly on the ground. Step, jump or kick out your feet behind you into a push-up position. Bring your feet back between your hands popping into squat position. Stand or jump and repeat.
Bent Over Reverse Fly: Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent hinging torso forward bending at the waist, palms facing each other with a dumbbell in each hand. Only using your shoulders, raise your arms out to your side in a semi-circular motion until arms are parallel to the floor. Squeeze shoulder blades for a second then lower your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
